Are there any recommendations for a light schedule for autoflowering?

I leave them at 24 hours. I start with the seedlings at 18000 Lux and increase it till the 4th week. After the 4th week I have all my lights at full power and the top buds have around 55.000 to 90.000 Lux.

i guarantee you that this will not work well, in fact i'll bet on it lol. take a look at my profile for a discussion. I've personally never seen a good 24hours grow, and i've tried it myself , i've seen people talk about it, but i've not seen proof it works well. However i have seen hundreds of examples of 24hours of light not doing well. I've also seen hundreds of examples of 20hours and 18hours not working well. What i do is 24hours for the first three weeks, then i turn it down to 20 , enter flower on 18 hours, and gradually take that down to 12 by harvest time. That's because THC and terpenes (what gives taste to the product) will degrade in light and heat, so the less light the stronger and the tastier the weed. depends what you're after, i'm after quality . Hope this helps . šŸš€

For autoflowers i recommend for the first 4 weeks have them @ 20/4 On the 5th week switch the lighting to 18/6. Plants need a sleep cycle to be healthy and prosper. Gl on your grow!šŸ˜€

Iā€™ve also tried the 24/0 schedule, and the 18/6 before I settled on 20/4. Personally I found the 24/0 cycle to leave them prone to stress with no real increase in production. I donā€™t have/use a lux meter, I measure my PAR with the Photone app. But I start with around 400 ppfd and start to increase in the 3rd week till Iā€™m around 800 give or take. Good Luck and happy growing!

A lot of growers who have experimented with 24/0 and 18/6 light cycles say they didnā€™t notice any major difference in final yield. It has not been proven either way. I would go with 24h if you are in a colder climate and the light on helps keep the tent warmer. otherwise go with 18/6 to save on energy. Happy Growing

I would give her at least 4 hrs of darkness. This will help her grow properly. It can be done but your end result won't be as expected. I leave my light on full intensity and near the top of my grow space. I don't see any issue with what you are doing. I actually used the same method when I started growing. As I've learnt more I have changed some methods that suit the plant better. I hope this helps, good luck and happy growing
