Light height Hello all I have a mars hydro tsw 2000. I was noticing the recommended height is 24 inches for seedlings. Is this at 100% intensity? That's well over 1000 ppfd by my meter. I thought seedlings could only handle 200-400?

I can either buy two more of the current light I use (bloomspect SL1000) OR does anyone recommend another light in the same price range? Currently my lights are on a 18/6 schedule, from 6am, until 12am. I want to change their light cycle to start at 4pm and turn off at 10am, so the heat of the light balances the chill of the night. Whats the best way to do this, without triggering flowering, or stressing them.
