Damp towels x bowl of water.

Should I put these seedlings in the open, or leave in the propagator?I've got these ladies into a 8cm fibre pot. Should I leave them outside the propagator where it is 40-50% humidity & 24 degrees Celsius, or leave them in the propagator where it is around 70-80% humid and around 28 degrees during the day?Setup.
