Lamp distance from seedlings? PPFD uploaded in this weeks photos.How far away I should have my lamp from my week old seedlings? the current PH level of the coco coir is 6.86 and I want to lower the Ph level to 6.1.

How much should i water in the beggining?I'm growing Green Gelato Auto from RQS, this is the first day and it's hot outside (31ºC). I don't know if I'm watering too much or too little. I spray with water 10 times but it dries up after a few hours. Should I water it more?
