My seeds have just all popped out of there shells, it is ok for them to be put in the sunlight right? Or should i try a windowsill first??

I'd do the window till you get a few leaves. Then start acclimating it to its final environment. Happy Growing!๐๐

Overwatered a little, with 6-6.2 ph water (no nutes)
Strong light the first two days, approx. 400 ppfd. adjusted to 240.
High temperatures in tent during heatwave. (27-32 C)
Trouple keeping RH above 50%
Light mix soil, with 30-40% perlite.
18/6 light scheduleLeaves. Color - Pale
