Light distance to plants in flower.

What is the best light distance during flower?
I'm currently going into my second week of flower and wondering the best height for light. Its currently sitting at 40cm but I have been told to bring it up to 60-70cm during flower?
Any tips would be hugely appreciated.

Keep it exactly where it is.. higher rates of transportation will occur because there is more active energy transfer more photons= more transportation. More transportation= More Transpiration = More water required.. Not really more Nutrients.. More light+ more water + a light amount of addition nutrition= Improved output.
