Jack Herer Auto - Day 5, plant has breached the soil. The leaves are very small, lots of yellow coloring. Do I need to be patient for a few more days or do i need to turn my lights off for a bit and try lowering the PH? I have been running 24 hr lights. 1000W & 300W. 2 plants.

That's a long time to break the surface! Just keep on going, get her under a dome like a clear solo cup. Don't overwater. If those lights are actual wattage, they are probably much too strong for a baby. If they're LEDs, you're probably good. Thirty inches is a good height, although without actual wattage I couldn't say for sure.

Hi,
Hard to know whats happening without a picture but You might have burned you seedlings.
When germinating a new seed use promix-ph and wet it with drinking water (filtered tap water.) just enough so it holds some water. don't use nutrients until the seedlings are well established (they show a consistent grow).
have the lights at least 24” away from plants and a 18 hour cycle will be fine.

Deficit or too much fertilizer or EC in the soil pls helpI have been mixing my water with distilled water for 2 weeks before adding the fertilizer to correct my EC downwards. PH6.5 EC 800ppm after Fertalizer.
Leaves are still Belbn but only top not bottom stems are purple....

Feeding right after repotting (coco coir).After repotting an auto flowering plant I get runoff EC of 800, while feeding water has EC 1200.
I guess EC gets diluted (biggest part of coco coir is new).
Should I increase EC of the feeding water?
