Hi...they look perfect height to set off in flowering with how many you got in there..by the time they stretch they should end up the perfect height and distance from the light šāļø

Did I over-defoliate these? Are they looking healthy for day 22 or so of flower?This is my first grow. I know my plants have a shape problem, I didn't know about LST during veg and wasn't taking it seriously (I tried to train one but it was too late as you can see). They had a very rough veg life but now they seem happy in stable conditions. How do I look?Other. General questions
