You might also be tearing off new flowers that are stacking on other buds id they're as small as you say.

Looks like seed sacs. Not great pictures, but you probably have a hermie around.

Hermaphrodite?Ive noticed the buds only on this one plant are looking very undeveloped... also under the bud sites, im wondering if they are swollen calyx or hermie... this plant sufferd bad from my light been too close without cool tube previously.. maybe somthing to do with that ?

Nitrogen overfed on flowering stageHi
My grow seems to go deeper into nitrogen overfeed that I cant do much about, the soil i bought seems to be PACKED with it. Flushed a couple of times, and no result. I get leaves, not buds.
I’m on the 8th week.
Can i still save the grow and try to re-pot in neutral soil?

Possible foxtails from top of tallest colasI've noticed the several of the top Colas continue to stretch upwards instead of thickening up. It's almost as if the colas are growing a foxtail from the top of each one. Plants seem healthy and resinous otherwise. Any thoughts?

Trimming around buds pre week 14I’m wondering.. should I be trimming the leaves around the buds so the buds get more light? It just occurred to me that I don’t see all those leaves on other diaries? Blue Dream flower size...I am about 21 weeks into my first grow. Blue Dream. Pre flowers started around week 13. Flowering has really taken off but it seems like there are several smaller flowers in a cluster rather than a few big ones. Is this normal for Blue Dream? -up the open sesame? diff nutes?
