Only one plant is not growing properly.Only one of the six plants is clearly slow growing.
The color is a little darker and the first set of leaves is clearly smaller.
What could be the problem with this plant?

Unfortunately not all seeds are going to be successful.
It is always wise to grow more seedlings than you need, so any strange seedlings can be replaced with healthy ones and this way you can choose to only grow the "best of the best".

Looks like its just genetics. That seed might be a hidden phenotype that grows smaller then the rest.

Your ph for cocoa needs to be 5.5 to 6.0 for veg with 5.8 being the sweet spot. 6.0 to 6.5 for flower time. 6.2 to 6.3 the best.

Slow growing seedlingsIt has been 10 days after the seeds popped. In my eyes they look a bit small. Have I been watering too much? I gave them 3 day water break after spraying them every day twice. I also noticed fungus gnats, so i sprayed the soil with neem oil mix. Anything I have been missing?
