I have bugs! i don't know what they are, but they are quick and jumpy. Neem oil did not slow 'em down at all. I'm in organic living soil so i'm not sure if bleach or peroxide treatment is an option. This is a video of the bottom of the saucer

Jumping bugs, they are called springtails. They thrive in moist soil, meaning you are over watering. Fortunately they are harmless for your plant. If you want to get rid of them, keep the soil on the dry side. Anyway, I've had them a couple of time with no harmful effect to the plants.

Diatomaceous earth will tke care of them.. It'll work for organic, as it's it's made from a grinding silica based rock into very fine powder.. - It'll kill the bugs by basically draining them of fluid, so just leave some where the bugs are, and they should be gone soon. ^ Also highly effective against bed bugs, and pretty much any other pest you want to get rid of.. 10/10 recommends. Diatomaceous earth won't work on wet soil tho.. You need to let it dry out a little or place it on another surface, as it'll just absorb the water from the soil and be ineffective against the bugs. Same if very humid air.

I do believe it could be Spring tail, they really jump with their spring on the tail. But the solution i'll be like you, here waiting because i tried using Tabacco, neem, Diatomaceous Earth, many other things, they are all over my soil! I just bought Hydrogen peroxide and I hope that this will be my solution.
