If you want really low cost. - Get composted soil and find a farmer with chickens. Mix chicken shit with the compost, and you got some pretty good soil to grow plants in. I get my compost from the nearest recycling facility.. They pretty much beg people to come pick it up. - If you got a facility nearby, I recommend checking if they have the same thing going on.

Lowest cost would be soil+ 25% perlite + 10% vermiculite + 5% worm casings / humus. Don't know about any brands, but nothing tops organic soil prepared by yourself! Happy smokes!
