Absolutely not, don't pull it off..
Those leaves contain nutrients for you seedling. That it have 3, just means that it got an extra 50% to live off of, in case something goes wrong.

Early growths can come out weird/mutated. Don't worry! its common. Just let the plant sort itself out and it will grow up into a healthy plant! don't take off any leaves so young.
