Hey I would not remove anything that is healthy :-) unless you use a certain training, or do it with the lower shoots as soon as they bloom that no energy is wasted in the popcorn buds 😎👌

Bonne chance bella ciao

Yes Start slowly getting growth tips into light should be about it. As you go you will get more adept at the process and get more aggressive but for now easy does it. Good luck

Now's probably the right time, if you do.. .and do it selectively, likely a bit less than you would with a photoperiod. Looks like you got some budlets, but likely still a couple weeks of growth before it focuses 100% on buds. If it can greatly improve light penetration to viable branches, go for it. Shouldn't be many with an autoflower. I doubt you put it into shock based on your description so far. You have to go well over the suggested 1/3rd of leaves limit to cause that. And, if you get up near that limit, stop. Try to plan ahead so you cut only the most useful leaves off.

Hey there 👋 Because she’s an auto id say stop after the 6. I defoliate mine too, 2 leaves at a time. A week between each. I’ve never had a issues. After that I tuck the fan leaves under the new bud sites below. The goal is to get then their fare share of light so they can go bigger Happy Growing 🌱
