Don't worry, she'll survive.. Growth will a bit limited for a while tho, as she gotta heal up before she starts using nutrients to produce new leaves. - Hopefully you did a good job on the cuts, so she doesn't have to spend too much energy healing. Only cut leaves, if they're in the way, or dying. The leaves are what she uses to absorb light, so she can convert the nutrients from the soil and grow bigger.

theres no need to defoliate your plant when its so young. Just topping would be sufficient at this point. Only defoliate leaves once your plant gets too dense that multiple bud sites are being blocked by fan leaves.

I'd say you pruned it too early. Especially if you topped at the same time.
