Question…During drying and curing. With winter I’m using gas for heat, which drops my humidity. Does any one dry less than 7 days before jarring it up? or dry it in paper bags before curing? should I just get a humidifier for when I dry, if so will I have mold ?

@MaxwellSH Lot's of growers employ the good old paper bag to finish drying including myself. I usually leave the buds still on stems in a drying rack for 5 days or so then I remove the stems and put everything else into paper bags and give more drying time. Once I'm happy with their progress I'll jar them up and open the lid Every day to "burp" them until the curing process is complete then in goes a boveda pack to keep the RH at 58% or 62% if you use the other ones. I wouldnt use a humidifier as you do not want any moisture to interfere with the drying process and Yes it could go Moldy
