Had a similar problem in my last grow.
Try to spray it with water lika Justa_Retard said.
If that does not do the trick try to CAREFULLY remove it with tweezers.

spray a little water on the shell once in a while.. it'll soften it and let the seedling break free more easily.

I let it go to the light...Failed attempt at lst in my opinion....?! I dunno, I don't like how it curved at the base...f-n steel was a bitch😂 and how it's getting out of the pot, can I fix her? Help getting startedI am germinating some autoflower seeds.
My plan was to put the sprouted seeds into steril soil, in a propagation tray with lights and a dome for humidity, and eventually bring out and transplant.
Or should I skip that step and put sprouted seeds straight into ground?

Slow/stunted growthGrowth has been very slow the past 24hrs, almost stunted. Its start of day 17 and i watered until wet on morning of day 16. Almost all day there was no growth and cotyledons are starting to yellow, is this normal for this stage? what can I do to help growth?
