LED spectrum for autos

Hey! Well that's a good question. Led lights are pretty powerful now a days and full spectrum even more. Many growers choose to go ahead and use full blast from the get go and it can turn out right. BUT I advise to go with veg for the first weeks or even until you start seeing a few pistils popping up. Autos can get stressed quite easily and most of the times it's because of light stress. So be ware of what dial it's on and also the height. Good luck and happy growing!

I'm no pro as this is my first grow but iv used full spectrum on mine right the way through and worked fine so far, iv read alot online I'd just use veg until she shows preflower sure will be fine
