Chill dude. This is autos for you. Unless you have stressed her then don't worry. Keep on top of everything as usual and she will continue to grow over this next week or so. I'm looking at doing an auto side by side with a photo

Pretty standard height to me for an auto before the stretch. Autos begin to flower somewhere after deploying the 5th or 6th node (usually after the 5th); a 2 ft plant with 5 nodes is not better than a 6 inches plant with 5 node, actually it's worse, since all that height is useless and makes really hard to have an even canopy. (my last run I had 2 autos of that same size pre stretch, check them if you want). Not related to your question, but half a gallon of water a day is asking for trouble; the plant is been over watered at the very least and you could attract fungus gnats at worst. For that size, use 50% or even 25% that amount every 5 days.

Hello ! I would not panic now , the 1st pistils are here but the plant is still not into flowering stage, she's just showing her sex. I think that she will now stretch untill her "real" flowering ! But yes she will remain short because of the very start , she had a slight over watering and those first weird leaves , sorry dude. Hope it will help you 👍👊
