Hey! Defoliation is a great idea! It helps with airflow and light penetration on bud sites which increase bud size. That image you want to follow is a GREAT guide specially for your plants because they have the same structure. Start by taking out the top leaves that are creating the most shade as seen in the image, continue with the biggest fan leaves. You can also take some of that yellow bottom growth that isn't receiving any light. Don't take too much off or you'll stress your ladies. You can do this in two days. When finished you should still have a hard time looking straight through your plants. Hope this helped. Good luck and happy growing!

hello friend, you could start removing the leaves that are yellowing. I am not very experienced but I think that defoliation is very useful, at least, I have never had any disadvantages in defoliating my plants. The only attention you need to have is to remove a few leaves at a time and not all together so as not to stress the plant too much 😉
