Light Height flowering stage (HLG 135w QB288rspec)

I currently have an HLG 135w R-spec (3500k) qb288 in a 2 x 2 x 4 ft tent. What distance should light be from canopy? I have it at 16 right now, and have the ability to raise to 20. Should I raise now and let plants grow into it? Also I am not sure if my plants are done stretching

Heya!
Looking at the specs from HLG, at 12" it outputs 1140 PPFD, at 16" 700PPFD so I would keep between 12-16" for flower and around 20"-24" for veg. A lot of people place lights depending on how the plants react as well, constantly lowering until their plants start 'praying' to the light.
