Can I grow by with 30% humidity?

30% is low for the vegetative state however would help out a lot if you could place a dome over top or a large zip lock bag with holes for air. I try to keep 50-70% RH for veg and 35-50% for flower. Other options include adding wet towels in the tent or a pot of water in front of a fan.

Hey that is a little low, you will still be able to get by, you just will probably notice off colours in your leaves as they aren’t getting enough humidity to them. If you can try and get the levels up a little with a bucket of water.

Hey friend, I would say yes for 3-Week old plant.I have been growing my plants with AC inlet and my tent humidity always ranging around 30~50%.But for young seedling I use humidity dome until she can thrive on herself.30% humidity is only best for flowering plant and less than 30% could hurt your plant at this age.Happy growing.. ✌️
