Here's what I would do...
Wait for the hermaphrodite flowers to mature.
Right before they open cut them off the plant and store them in a vial or zip lock bag and put them in the fridge.
Grow a new seed from a reputable seed company that has top shelf genetics.
Use pollen from the hermie plant and a paint brush to brush pollen onto the lower buds.
You've just created femized seeds and a new strain. Good luck!

Could be due to stress. I would start another seed mate.... this banas has alreasy pollonated your flowers as I can see that they are open. Your weed will be full of seeds and thats waist of time. Next time remove this bananas as soon as possible before they open and this time i would suggest to start another grow.
