Defoliate or not yet?

The breeder (AutoSeeds) says they work better if you don't LST to much and focus on the main cola. Should I select a few of the large leaves and defoliate them to get more light in the middle. Just don't want to pick the wrong ones. Hope I have enough images to help you help me.

I wouldn't defoliat just yet, maybe some lst, tucking or I've seen people tie the big fan leaves together for a few hours a day to get light to lower growth. I've been defoliating like crazy (too much probably :) In the future I will do 2 big defoliations 1 beginning of flowering and another about 3 weeks into flowering. Remove the odd big leave here and there if blocking lights. I've grow from this breeder and started training I've of the plants very early age from it will. Doing a great job so far. Happy growing

In my humble opinion, this thing is screaming to be trained. I would personally, LST and the prioritize light to the growth points.

Just a little bushy....no?Do remove anything for more air flow...also the top of the plant is below a cola...suggestions 😂👊 it just won't stop growing lol the top is behind another cola that's over growing it in pic 2

Defoliation late in flower on Auto's I like to defoilate, If I were to pick majority of the fan leaves off of these plants being Auto's, will they react or stress too much? I like to defoil near the end of flower to really push all the focus to the budsites. Happy Growing!
