Outdoors, just let her run wild! I would only defoliate at this point if the humidity outside is 70% or higher. Even then, I would be very careful not to overdo it. Removing 7 or 8 fan leaves from the most densely packed areas will open up airflow plenty. She's a beauty!

You can also defoliate healty leafs in order to trick the plant into fattening up even more the buds as she thinks the leaves will never make it anyway so she decides to spend more energy on buds, but then leaves will most likely show issues as flowering progresses but the buds will be fatter.

You can defoliate up to 2 weeks after end of veg, after that its not advised to do so.
I think ur plant looks perfect no need to defoliate at all.

Looks fine. I defoil or tuck to provide more light to the bottom flower sites and provide more energy to the top of the plant. I only defoil on short bushy gals. Just my 2c. Good luck.
