Based on what mentors of mine have told me. Defoliation is best in weeks 3 and 6 of flower. When in Veg you can trim them up anytime.
This might not be the most popular answer, but what I have went by on other grows and not experienced anything negative from it. Word of advice is not to remove all leaves but just those that are shading out other buds.

If your in the stretch now, you can remove some fan leaves. Always better to tuck fan leaves down and in but you are safe to remove to some before they start to flower. Cheers

New leaf growth on buds not sure if is normal..Hi everyone i have a doubt on these 3 pointed leaves coming out the buds and i hope is not revegging..i had some power cuts these last week where the lights when off for max couple hours and hope i didn't stress her too much.. are these leaves normal or should i be worried?

Plant not floweringAfter 13 weeks this lady is not flowering- every time I see the new growth it just develops into more leaves! She has also streched massively over the last 4 weeks as if she's just about to flower but nothing. She was a free auto seed I got but seems like she's a dud?

Popcorn/ mini branches keep/remove?Buds are tiny not fattening at week 6. I also have lots of popcorn nugs. Being first growth not sure to remove them or keep them at this late in flowering (week 6), might stress the girls out or might even help fattening buds?

LST trim??Things are getting a bit cramped with my LST. Some fan leaves are buried under others or are on the ground. Should I trim some lower fan leaves to give it room to breathe? Or should I let it rock as long as they are not blocking any light?
