Should I defoliate my 7-week old autoflower

Itโs very bushy and some bud sites are covered with leaves. Iโve been tucking those leaves to improve light coverage but Iโm not sure if this is enough.

iam no friend of defoilitaion because the plant tries to reproduce what you take away,
but in you case i would recommend to take away the bottom leaves and small shoots from bottom,
and then let her grow, annd just tucking away every day a few blocking fanleaves

I leave as many leaves on as possible. They are a nutrient reserve for mobile nutrients so even if they are on the bottom they still serve a purpose.

Hey, I used to heavy defoliate my autos and I learned that it stresses them a lot, so you have less weight in the end. Iโd leave her as she is, you have freed a lot of bud sites already. Hope this helps ๐

Hey all! Any ideas what is going on with my #3? If you look at previous weeks, she had some white spots start on the cotyledons, but it didn't seem to effect the new growth. #2 was planted at the same time and subject to the exact same watering and conditions and is thriving.Week 3

LOOSE THE LEAVES or LEAVE HER ALONEI believe they are just finishing up the early flower stretch. Do u think i should do more thinning on the Bruce Banner(right) or leave her as is? Should I defoliate these bushy auto's?These autos have grown a lot recently (on day 35 today) and are getting pretty bushy. Will this bushiness cause airflow/mold problems? I have a small oscillating fan blowing above the plants part of the day

Should I do a pre harvest defoliation a week before harvest?What are the benefits and consequences of defoliating a week before harvest? Is it good or bad? I have tons of foliage up top and need it to go away. It's too late in flower, but a week before will open up the canopy to the lower bud sites. Any and all help is welcome. Thanks!
