How should I store my water?

I have a 5 gal. bucket I want to keep prepared (ph, nutes, etc). 2 days ago I used pH Down to bring my pH from 8.2 to 6.8. I used about 1 ml/gal. I put an airstone in and loosley put the lid on. 2 days later my water has a weird smell, is cloudy and has white floaties. ph is 8.5

Hey there! I wouldn't use that water just in case. Also, I wouldn't ph the water untill feeding, as it can fluctuate over time. Also not a good idea to premix nutes. Nutrients will also change your ph, so it's a good idea to wait some time untill after your nutes are added to ph your water. I fill my buckets a day or two before feed and let them sit, as they release chlorine. As far as I know, there's no need to add anything to them untill feeding time. Happy growing!

Can I go back to nutes after flushing?I have a 70L res with 3 plants in it. 2 of them are the same, the third is a strain with 10-20 days shorter flowering time. Sugar in feed water (every feed?)So the person I got clones off told me to add maple sugar to my feed water. 1-tbls a gallon .
