1. Make notes of current environmental conditions as best you can. 2. Take photos of your set up. 3. Make sure you don’t recreate ^ environment and set up for your next attempt. Referring back to photos and notes that you create a record of now. As already suggested you can’t consume that. Best you can do is learn and carry on to your next attempt while learning from mistakes. People may think just cutting away visible mold growth is acceptable but the reality is anything in that same space would fail pathogen lab testing. E.g., you can’t see the millions of mold spores covering other buds that may appear normal to the naked eye. Yes, moldy hud can be converted into distillate (“oil”), but yiu don’t have the skills, equipment, or knowledge of how to do that. It’s not oil from butter or coconut infused cannabis oil we are talking about in that case - both would still be very dangerous and unhealthy to consume if you went that route, Good luck next attempt and please do not give up. This goes to reinforce how having a dialed in drying setup and procedure is critical to ensure a healthy harvest doesn’t spoil.

Hey there! Cut the mouldy bud out first and foremost. Smoking that stuff is bad for your lungs. To help down the road: Make sure your humidity is staying good in the curing space. Boveda packs help and burping your jars will help too. Also, make sure any old/dying/ratchet plant material has been properly trimmed from the buds before curing. Mould likes dying leaves etc.. Hope it hasn't got to too much of your harvest. Cheers!
