Hey if your light is already max height then they are definitely outgrowing your space. There are 2 options here. You can cut the tops off or do some supercropping by taking the stem where you want to bend it and gently roll it between your fingers until it softens up enough to bend it over. You will have to tie it or support it for a few days after bending until it hardens up. I would supercrop rather than topping because you wont lose any buds this way. I have had to supercrop a few of mine and it ended up helping in the end because all of those buds that would have been lower on the plant ended up fattening up just like they were all tops. Hope this leads you in the right direction.

Hi, i had that problem in my last grow, i could not flip earlier to flower, because my lights were broken, and my flowering lights to weak..... so i cutted them drasticly down ( more than 2/3) . then i put one part outside, the other plant i supercropped and bend her down... a bigger Light keeps them shorter too. In your case i think your Lights may be to weak for the flower, because they stretch so much. Thats no problem if you know it and can keep your Plant short due LST/ HST/ supercropping or any other training methods. My solution would be:Cut them into a better handling Shape, maybe get another light ( one for each Plant or a much stronger ones for both. For your next grow::: flip earlier to flower, and use trimming methods to keep them small.. happy growing
