Hello everyone, I know that it’s not a great thing to do but I need to grow this autoflowering G14 as fast as possible (because I’ll be resettling in another country soon). So I was wondering if you people had any tips for growing fast (appart from having great lights and using great nutrients). Especially : - do you think that keeping the plant in a 1L pot will speed up the flowering time ? - what should I choose between LSTing, toping, Fi-ming and natural shape to go as fast as possible ? Thanks a lot in advance for your answers and good luck for your grows ! 🍁

Hey there the plants looking good, and i think the other suggestions are great keep them in slowly growing pots and good strong light. I think the only things ive heard of to push an auto faster would be let it get to flowering here in the next few weeks and then slowly start reducing the light hours. So that once bud sites are clearly formed you'll almost simulate the photoperiod process and take lights to like 15 hours and maybe even down into 12. Whether this or any tricks truly work on autos I'm not sure...but it's always worth a try. Good luck with the process. ✌️

Hi @GreenCasual! I don't think that a small container will positively impact the speed of growth, in my opinion this would have the opposite effect, a slow development, you will increase the risk of deficiency/disease, and have a low yield in the end. The bigger roots, the bigger buds! However, you can try to speed up this run by manipulating time! Indeed, by setting - for instance - 10 hours of day and 10 hours of light during the whole flowering process, you will make the plant think days are 20h long, so this will have an impact on how fast your plant finishes. During the veg stage you can set your light on 17h and turn it off 5h each and every day. This is a bit disturbing because your grow room will have a different timing everyday, not following the regular calendar, but this will create more 'days' within the same period of time. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing! 👊

Some people have told that autoflowers and early strains esoecially starts to flower when they ran out of root space so smaller pot for your plant could help you. Hope this helps and you get your harvest fast enough!

Go for lst. It shouldn't affect flower time if done properly. Definitely, don't top you'll just hurt yields. As far as speeding up flowering time there's not a whole heck of a lot you can do, especially with autos which usually already flower faster. With photos supposedly dropping to 10 hours of light and 14 hours of darkness finishes them faster but you lose yields and honestly it could just be bro science. With autos, however, they don't care about the amount of light for flowering hence why they are autos. Pot size doesn't affect flowering time, it can affect plant size. Though I have a monster of a plant in a 1-gallon cloth pot so pot size isn't even that big of a factor in plant size.
