First grow . Help

For something like this if you want to speed it up so the plant gets strong roots you could use General Hydroponics Rapid Start Root Starter. I had a similar problem of slow growth at the start and this really fixed my problem. I'm sure their are other similar products. I used 4 drops per 1 litre of water and dumped the extra I didn't use. In 8 Days I had triple the size of plant.

I would suggest starting in a smaller pot till you have at least six leaves then transfer them to their forever homes. Definitely be gentle with the waterings. Make sure you have good air circulation. Good luck and stick with it. If/when you get good at this it's very addictive!

Congrats on your first grow! I think the size of your plants looks good for only 8-9 days from germination. The first 3-4 weeks are very slow! Its hard to tell by the picture but the "sick" plant may be some wind burn from your fans. Make sure its not blowing on your little ladies.

I flush today with 300 ml of water , because soil is dry. I Will put the transparent glass . Do you think is low light ?

Bro I think is the light and to much over watering, mines I give them water 1 per day at morning like nothing juste the soil is humidifier, put a transparent glass to keep the humidity on it they need a lot of humidity but not water only humidity and good air flow
