mineral wool "turns green"

Over time, the top layer of mineral wool "turns green". The problem is probably that the humidifier is located too close to the plant.
I don't know.... to close the substrate from entering the light ?!
What do you think ?

Algae is common, comes from mositure and light. Cover the wool with a garbage bag or something similar, to block the light until plant shades it.

Your growing medium is a giant sponge and is gonna be a breeding ground for bacteria and mold.. You need more drainage.

Feeding After Trauma QuestionI will feed super lightly tomorrow on August 7, but want to what other growers think.

I have huge problem with judging trichs.I have 4 plants, 2 chopped now, 1 just in time, second too late. I always try to make pics of buds not leaves but from close sometimes I don't know which one are sugar leaves . Please help me. One branch was totally withered then checking the stem I realized it was brown in a quite large part.

Is it safe to tweak your light cycle times when you flip?I'm getting ready to flip and was hoping to adjust the cycle time when I do. My light is currently on from midnight to 6pm, but would like to switch to 9am-9pm or 11am-11pm to better align with my schedule. Am I safe to adjust or should I keep it at 12am-12pm when I flip?
