Weezy90answered grow question 6y ago Hi!
I find that quite unnecessary, unless you're growing a whole bunch of plants. With just 1 to 2 plants, the smell isn't really that overpowering, and for airflow, your fan is sufficient. As a beginner, I think it's important to keep it simple. The list that CachimboDaPaz provided is a good one, but you shouldn't standardly purchase a humidifier/dehumidifier. There are plenty of ways to tackle it yourself first, if needed. Think about your soil; this mistake is often made. Go for an unfertilized soil (often called light mix). Planting a seed in pre-fertilized soil can be too much right away and can lead to problems with excess nutrients later on. Once it’s a small plant, you can start feeding it yourself.
I hope I could help 😊
