No, not correct Mr. Roberts, seeds produced from a hermaphrodite plant will contain the genetic dominance/predisposition to become hermaphrodites themselves.
A very small percentage may, if you are very lucky, be either pure male or female plants, but over 95+% will grow into hermaphrodites at maturity.
Breeding feminised seeds is achieved through chemically induced genetic manipulation and is far, far, far removed from breeding with hermaphrodites.
