Light penetration for inner defoliation?? Outdo High, y’all. This is Dark Star from T.H. Seeds. She’s a broad-leaved Indica 3 weeks into flower. Is it time for light defoliation?These plants are all 4 almost 5 weeks since seed. Top leaves on the large one at the back are shadowing those beneath it. A couple leaves at the bottom are extremely limp due to not receiving enough light. Is it time for a light defoliation? How do I distinguish which leaves?

Defoliate?Is it too late to give these girls a hair cut? I’ve heard you don’t want to do this in flower stage as it may shock the plant and eliminate necessary mobile nutrients stored in leaves. Also does anyone have tips on an easy way to do this with a scrog net or should I remove it ?
