The very best way I find is if your using a rooting agent and a chelation agent , this way when you transplant them you can get a big boost outta root mass products which will help them heal faster absorb more nutrients and of course pump out the root mass . The second thing you want would be a chelation agent something that provides humic and fulvic acids this will promote quicker recovery time as well as stronger growth . Think like a body builder drinking a protean shake after working out to help rebuild his muscles chelation agents work much the same .There are various nutrient line ups that provide these products so when selecting one make sure its the right one for your needs :) All in all she looks pretty good and shouldnt suffer from shock for to long if any . I hope this information helps you on your journey to understanding how to recover your plants faster from transplanting them . - Happy Growing!

Let me say first that I dont see any transplant shock. That been said, dimming the light or increasing the distance to it helps. Usually trasplant shock lasts 4 to 5 days and then the plant will grow explosively. Just be sure not to over water, just because the plant is in bigger pot does not mean ir needs 2 or 3 times the amount of water as pre transplant. Patience is the best cure for transplant shock.

Growing the same exact strain you are and it looks like she seems to be pretty healthy i transplanted at week 7 i think and had no adverse affects whatsoever. This strain seems to be very resilient to stress from environment nutrients, temps or humidity. This plant as very forgiving so just keep up your regular watering and nutrient schedule. If your worried about it or you think she might be going through transplant shock a lot of people recommend superthrive to make sure that her roots and soil are healthy but judging by your medium and nutrients theres no reason for her to not make a healthy recovery. Good Luck
