So as of right now I have 1 400w mh/hps light in a 4x4x6.5 tent. I know for a FACT that I can have way more light inside this tent. But my question to you guys is what kind of light do you think I should put in with my hps? Would like to have around 1000w or equivalent in PAR

A 600 HPS would be optimal to make the most of your space. A CMH 630 could also work well.

2 x 400s would be way more than enough.
One 600 hps/mh is probably ideal.

Eyeball and advise on my set up, and is this seedling stretching?Is my set up good until my humidifier comes? (using inflow air from in-line fan with a tray of water for humidity for now).
I set up an additional light because I was concerned that this bad boy was stretching and want to provide some extra light for lower canopy later.

The grow reached 32Celsius the last 2 days in the last hour before going into night time. On that time RH goes down to 32% and this seems like it's stressing this lady a bit.
Yesterday fed her nuts - maybe a bit too much?

Beginner Grow – Still Getting Leggy Seedlings? please don't judge. the other plants are for using the electricity more efficient. planning to move oBeginner grower in Germany. Strains: Outdoor Classics. 1st batch (1mo old beginning oudoors then moved inside with lamp) + 2nd batch (2w) stretched. Using Sunlight Stixx 50 at 60% dim, 50cm distance, seedling soil. Not sure if light settings are the problem. What are next steps?

6 weeks of veg? I got only 3Why do i see some auto or non auto diaries with 6 week of veg?
When i grew non auto i just had them 3 weeks then switch the light time and changed 400w to a 600w. I learned that because they used to get hella big. And in Auto seeds i switch the spectrum after 3 weeksWeek 7

Light burn2 fairly new leaves at top (opposite ends) seem to show signs of light burn (yellow tips). They recently turned a bit more green but the tips are still quite yellow. Light = 13 inches away. PAR 370 at center, 350 on sides. DLI=~ 22.5. CO2 bag in tent (at about 620). Thoughts?
