Is she ready to havest ?

To be honest I see new growth still with all those white hairs. Your foliage has seen better days so I would be on a flush and let it sit for a minute still and soak up what’s left :)

No not ready yet, sadly looks like she is stressed, too much light on top can do this, maybe bend buds down a bit or raise light if possible, do not over water, and give her a last light feed when due, in a 1 to 2 weeks she will be bulkier if she is not too stressed.

She actually does look normal. Since she's near the end of her cycle the leaves are supposed to start dying off just the ones in your photos. As far as her being ready for harvest, she's not quite ready yet the pistils are still pretty white, you want them to change to an orange color then start checking the trichomes to see if the majority of them are milky, if so she's ready to be flushed and once she dries out she's ready for harvest.
