To me it looks very much like nutrient burning and going by the very green leaves, nitrogen in particular.
Flushing can cause previously "trapped" nutrient salts in your substrate to become mobile again and could explain why the plant is getting worse, remembering too that once burning begins it continues gradually and increases damage over a number of days, as it is not an instant effect, but a cumulative effect.
Not sure what to do now though, but stopping "flushing" would be my first step, before resuming feeding at only half strength as to what you were doing before.
I could not see any deficiency symptoms on the leaves you cut off, but they are extremely uber green! Way too much nitrogen/over feeding.
Also, every healthy green leaf you remove will reduce your plants capacity to produce energy, thereby slowing growth and not improving your plants health.
The small discoloured sections on those leaves are quite a common "quirk" of cannabis leaves and are not the result of nutrient deficiencies.
