Will it finish before reveg winter outdoor grow

Hello growers , i live in north of greece i planted this girl outdoor at 1st october , it survivied 10 dayss frost by losing 3 branches including top now it looks like a 50 cm high bush , will it finish flowering before revegg? Last pic is taken at 17th january

i dont think it will finish, sometimes yes, sometimes no, but if it doesnt it's actually good news, the bush shape is the perfect shape for high yielding plants and with the stress hopefully it will become a monster
