How to count a maximun space for 1 plant?

Hello growers. I wanna know if I use 7gallon pots.For greenhouse growing. So how can I count a maximum space for 1 plant in 7gallon pots ?
In this photo is only 5 gallon pot. So I want to know before I transplant.

Amended the soil in your green house and plant directly in the ground and train it and one plant will get as big as you let it.

Low stress training would be the best bet if you want to keep them in pots but they would do much better if you planted directly into the soil though photo periods outdoors tend to fill every inch of space anyway if given the chance :)

Sudden deathA single branch died 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago another one (I just cut it off then) Now this week the whole plant has died. I have no idea why?

Snapped branchI snapped 2 branches while training a few days ago.
I left them alone for a few days to see if they would recover.
They +- did but feel very unstable. Should I wait a few more days or just cut them off ?
