How to count a maximun space for 1 plant?

Hello growers. I wanna know if I use 7gallon pots.For greenhouse growing. So how can I count a maximum space for 1 plant in 7gallon pots ?
In this photo is only 5 gallon pot. So I want to know before I transplant.

Amended the soil in your green house and plant directly in the ground and train it and one plant will get as big as you let it.

Low stress training would be the best bet if you want to keep them in pots but they would do much better if you planted directly into the soil though photo periods outdoors tend to fill every inch of space anyway if given the chance :)

Branches drying up2nd plant I have those drying branches on, what am I doing worng? Last plant I was told it is due to dry roots and wrong watering. But watering this one well and keeping her damp all time. Leaves start drying and dryness spreads. Could it be due to light not reaching bottom?

Sprouting delay. How long do I wait? Are lights on and fans running important while waiting for germinated seeds to sprout? I lightly water the medium.Germinated autos by paper towel method, & put them in soil 2 days ago. The still haven't sprouted out of the soil. How long should I wait? Mycelium or Fungus - Too much?Seeing a ton of mycelium or fungus on my medium. It is covering the entire pot. I am having problems with air circulating but have a fan at the bottom and up top, just nothing oscillating. Is this going to be a problem? What can I do?

Pistils showing before other four plantsPreflower in veg. This lanky one has an overwhelming plant smell as opposed to my other ones that have the distinct smell. Should I worry of pistils poking through already? Or one out of 5 matures faster lol? Will I stress it into a Hermie for 2-3 more weeks if veg?
