Just wondering if anyone has pony tailed and for how long you do it at a time? Do you find it helps with yield? Also how often do you adjust your LST? Do we appear to be on target?

I have never done pony tailing though it looks to be a good way of lst auto flower plants as I would assume it does not stress the top in anyway so I wouldnt think it would slow her down but I have never tried it or heard of it until this post I will admit I may do this to my autos lol thanks for bringing it to my attention haha

LST - How to Scrog help Looking for advice on how to use a SCROG auto. Bought one to try LST but confused how it works. Looking at videos people just seem to squash on top during veg. Have I LST'd right?I have tried LSTing and tied down the stem to the pot. I also have a scrog net to help with pushing some of the leaves down and I have tucked them. Does this look right? I feel like I need to also remove some leaves to help but don't want to damage it as its an auto. thanks

OUTDOOR !! || LST on AUTOs Never had a satisfying LST when growing Autos outdoor, my idea is that suboptimal conditions of outdoor enviroment lead to slowed veg (compared to indoor) and low stretch. Maybe letting them grow without training in the end leads to bigger yield. What's your idea/experience?
