Hi Goner,
Depending on the strain, I usually start spraying a week before the flowering, and stop after the first pollen sacs appear which is around the second or third week of flowering. You should be gathering a yellowish powder from those sacs. Then you should pollinate the plant you choose before the fourth week of flowering in order to leave enough time for the seeds to mature.
