I cut my plant, but because the environment is cold, I turned on a hot fan. The plants dried quickly and they are coughing. What should I do please help?
I'm going to disagree with gottagrowsometime here... I rarely if ever flush my grows and not one of the people who use it has ever complained.
The best thing for you to do here is to let it cure a long time... make sure they're not overly dry in the jars (if they ARE really dry, you can put a piece of lettuce in the jar with your buds and that will help rehydrate them to a decent moisture level or you can use a Boveda 62% pack). I think you'll find if they cure for a month or so, the smoke will be much better...
Good luck...
Got to agree with @GrowingGrannie and @Creepy_Steve here - cure in a jar with a 62% humidity pack for a couple of weeks and they'll improve. IMO flushing is optional (but I do it anyway).
re-constitute them... get some 2-way humidity packets and seal them up until they regain some moisture... this will help with the harshness of the smoke , too.
treat it like a cigar... 55-62% humidity preferably in 60s F, but you do what you can soemtimes which can deviate from optimal.
If you harvested with such high doses of nutrients.
I'm surprised you're not dead.
You need to flush a plant. Or at least let it spend a week on water feeds at min.
