Robertsanswered grow question 4 years ago I grow a lot of autos. They are not fond of major stress like defoliation of the whole plant. Taking the leaves robs the plant of making energy. Slows your harvest date back and takes a lot of recovery time. In autos it's best to keep leaves, but push to side. Only trim some off if they are blocking bud sites or it is super bushy. The point of defoliation is to give more air and light to interior of plant. I have a day to day on my Larry lemon diary of lst and defoliation if your curious to what I mean.
