Hey there so in my opinion anytime you're using coco as your medium you'll need to consider nutrients much sooner due to the lack of nutrition available. With soil you would usually wait several weeks. But with yours id start giving them the micronutrients in those first 2 weeks at a very low dose, 1/4 even less possibly just to be safe. Then at that 2nd week if you're seeing good strong growth you could probably add in something with a bit more nitrogen...again though very low 1/4 or less. It'll be much easier to correct a deficiency than any accidental toxicity. And go off what your plants tell you, they make their needs known and all strains are different and need different feeding ratios. Happy growing ✌️

Hey there! As always, some great advice from your fellow growers, such a helpful community here on GrowDiaries=) Have you decided on how you will be feeding? I agree that you can wait until after about a week/10 days into life and then start small, gradually increasing the amount as you see fit. 💚

Alright so heres the thing , an auto flower plant will need nutrients abit sooner then a photoperiod strain . With that being said you start the regime at 1/4 strength and work your way up from there . Veg nutrients are almost a waste of time on an auto , so instead of well say using a straight veg solution during "veg" like advanced nutrients connoisseur a & b ( or simular products ) you would just use nitrogen based additives , so for example Im growing an auto right now Zkittles by 420 fast buds , I wont use my veg solution I will only use Voodoo juice and B52 as the vegging cycle of my plant is only gonna be 3-4 weeks long . Most people dont even use that . They just wait for the plant to start flowering and then they give them bloom oriented nutrient regime . Once your plant does start to use nutrients tho it will use up abit more then your average plant because it is designed to grow so quickly it uses up more nutrients that are available to it in the medium . It is still important to remember not to over do it with them because if you do run into problems , you dont have a lot of time to fix them as you would with a photoperiod strain . All in all Id say your seedling is happy and healthy and once it develops its roots its just going to explode in growth ! I hope this information helps shed some light as to the "when" to start feeding an auto flower strain with nutrients . - Happy Growing!

I have not grown many autos but I would wait until they develop a couple sets of leaves. not saying they might not need it earlier but generally seedlings don't need feeding much if at all until they get a little older and have a cpl sets of leaves to photosynthesize with. hope it helps Happy Growing!
