Hello, I have looked at your diary. There’s some few things that you must know. First, Cannabis is extremely resilient. It will mostly always finish by growing after recovering, but the thing is how long it will need to recover, it’s called the stunting. Cannabis has a fast growing rate, and sometimes, particularly at the seedling stage, it’s better to start over than waiting for a recovery, as the new seed will catch back the first one and will even grow faster. When you grow indoor, never and ever take out your plants, it’s the best way to bring all kinds of pests inside the tent/grow room or to bend down a seedling by a strong wind blow. Indoor, you must simulate outdoor conditions. The wind is primordial indoor, you need to switch on your fan on the first speed, to create a little and gentle airflow before the seedling comes out, just to make it shake gently on its stem when it pops out. This will avoid "looney" seedlings, going for the light and pushing long fragile stems that will finish bent or with a tutor or needing more soil. As I said at the beginning, Cannabis is resilient, the humidifier just next to the seedling will be enough for the moment, save the cellophane wrap for the kids sandwiches, and you will try to control the perfect VPD (vapor pressure-deficit) once you’ll get your tent. Same for the aluminum foil, save it for the kitchen, as it has the worst indices of refraction. My best advice for growing Cannabis is, to lift your pots to see the weight if it’s still heavy and full of water or not. To keep your light as far as possible to avoid photoinhibition. To get an EC meter and learn the ppm’s levels to feed your plants correctly to keep an eye on the NaCl with a pH meter just to make it perfect as the soil is already pH’d and will act as a buffer for a while if the EC is under control. Follow these simple rules and you will be a successful grower 😉

Nope, that thing recovered well. You did good, considering the damage it had. It's just taking time to reestablish and repair. It's gonna be stunted, I guess (certainly if it's an autoflower), but it's doing pretty good.

No that’s not damping off look like lack of air flow. Also the stretching is caused from you light being to far away. Please check out my seedling maybe it will help. Best of luck

Jamming a stick in beside a baby plant can severely damage the newly forming roots. Maybe even the tap root(not likely to grow directly straight down. Plus creating a air pocket right in the area of the tap root can kill the roots. The best thing to brace little girls are bread ties or coated garden wire. Very thin and can be bent with a loop and a angle so it doesn’t have to be in the same hole. Hope that helps you and happy growing!!!
