Which LED light for 2'x3.5'x5.5' perpetual DWC autoAfter this run I think I'm going to grow 2 DWC autos at a time and harvest monthly. I'm looking at a 6x 3k COB, a 58 SMLEDs 2 CREE COBs (3k and 5k), or a 112 SMLED and 4 CREE COB (3k).

I know that any light penetrating during the 12 hours of dark screws with growth cycle, but if removing my plants from tent during light for defoliating and watering bad as well? Currently my lights are on a 18/6 schedule, from 6am, until 12am.
I want to change their light cycle to start at 4pm and turn off at 10am, so the heat of the light balances the chill of the night.
Whats the best way to do this, without triggering flowering, or stressing them.

Swapping day/night light cycle during flowerDay 22 of flower. Lights are on during the day, 8am-to-8pm but we need to switch to 8pm-to-8am to use the colder night air to cool our lights without using a/c. Would it negatively affect the plants at this point in flower to give them 24hrs dark & completely swap light cycle?
