I had to report this girl few days ago her soil was water logged overwatering do I need to feed her bloom nutes in fresh soil?

Depends on the soil. Most soils will have nutrient in them for so many weeks. Have a look on the package and see what it says about what nutrition is in the soil and how long it will last for.

I've checked the records, and the tap water in my city is good in terms of pH and ppm; maybe a bit of distilled water wouldn't hurt, right?
