You only cut leaves if they are blocking BUDS from getting light or growing tips of new shoots. They dont need more "air' or "h20" so please dont cut leaves off unless you know why you are cutting them off. If you think " this leaf is blocking that new shoot im trying to grow up' then yes cut it off, but if you just want to cut something cause you think it will help- then stop. put the scizzors down and step away from your plant.

Pistils? Steps from now on?Hey this is my first plant. Went all good till now. Not the growth i had wished for, but im happy.
Day 21 now i see pistils clearly. Isnt it a bit early for pistils, because the plant is relatively small.

Topping In Tiny PlacesI’ve been topping my autos in a 3.8 sf stealth cabinet religiously at the 20ish day. In hydro that is around node 6-7. Would topping earlier giving the speed of growth that hydro provides, say at 3-4 node, make the plant less bushy and easier to manage? Ideas for tiny places?Week 1

To top or not to top (Again...would be 2nd time).Should I top 1 more time? I have (Example pic) 4 good nodes at the end of the 2 main branches. Should I top these to allow the ones mid branch to pick up and boost or should I leave them now and just flip in a week or 2? Think they're near end of veg as not putting on any height!

One new top shoot died what i HST yesterday.super sad thing.The other one looks strong.
I angled the left shoot with a 45 degree. So the Botton shoot can
get more light and be a backup Top? I dont know maybe i cut it down
I have 3 nodes now. If i cut the top one i lose lot grow.

Are those nutrient defficiencies? Which ones?A plant had interveinal chlorosis on new leaves and then proceeded to show brown patches between veins on middle leaves. Another has coppery brown spots on leaf edges on the middle of the plant. Both were rootbound in living soil (peat/perlite/hummus + ammendments).
